Patrick Shannon currently runs Shannon Associates, (established 2006) that consists of a Business Practice and a related Property Practice concerned with governance, legal, financial, business management systems and strategic management consultancy support to property and business operations, including estate agents and a public limited company concerned with overseas property development & corporate investment.

He previously gained substantial experience in the fire, insurance, construction and quality certification industries, which included working as Secretary and Chairman of Industry Technical Panels at the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) and as a Scheme Manager at the Building Research Establishment Ltd (BRE).
At BRE and LPCB he had responsibility for major projects, business development, marketing, budgeting, recruitment, management and quality policies & procedures, including international technical & quality auditing throughout the world as an International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) Registered Lead Auditor. He worked for many years on development and implementation of UK government accredited certification schemes in the fire and construction industries.

He previously held Director & Secretary roles in the education sector, as well as being a professional courses College Principal & Quality Manager. He was team leader in relation to major College Certifications gained including Association of Chartered Certified Accountants - Gold Approval, UK Quality Assurance Agency – Commendable, as well as ‘Premier College’ from the Accreditation Service for International Colleges (ASIC).

He earlier obtained an Engineering degree with Commendation and Honours, with Cambridge University being the honours course external examiner. He also obtained two Chartered qualifications and two Master degrees (including distinctions), as well as two Post Graduate Diplomas (Business & Law) Patrick Shannon is a Chartered Fellow and Founder Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).

Ewa graduated with a Master of Architecture & Urban Planning following her international studies in UK, Italy and Poland during which she was awarded for her exceptional design and academic skills. Before founding and managing D4B Studio Ewa worked for design practices with responsibilities for UK and international projects.

The scope of Ewa`s experience ranges from large scale mixed use projects to bespoke house conversions and interior design.
 
Dr Hussein Mirza: PhD,MBA,DMS,B.Comm,Cert Ed,FFA,MIMgt

Hussein has vast university teaching experience in the UK and overseas in the fields of Accountancy & Management, teaching thousands of students from all over the world. This experience combines with senior accountancy positions with multinationals in UK industry and commerce, including Chemical Oil Refineries, Ministry of Defence and International Charities.

Hussein is also currently head of an Education & Training organisation with access to all necessary resources to provide leading edge business consultancy in his fields

Dean Coothapen: MSc (Finance & Legal Admin) FCCA, ACIS, MSc

Dean is a Chartered Accountant & Chartered Secretary with over 20 years of Finance and Administration experience. He has had extensive commercial private sector experience in senior roles with accountancy firms concerned with accounting and business development of small and medium sized client organisations. This has provided him with practical experience of business strategy and the vital elements of effective business performance.
 
Currently he is also an executive director of Thames Energy Ltd gaining further substantial board management and financial control experience.

Whilst his focus continues to be financial management & accounting, Dean is currently also interested in providing professional administrative and strategic quality support to clients.

Larissa Goncharova: MAAT

Larissa is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians with many years’ experience, particularly concerned with the preparation of company financial statements and related book-keeping and financial management, as well as payroll and taxation matters. She has gained her experience with accountancy firms including Chartered Accountants, providing her with good exposure to a wide range of client accounts and related business interests
.
Whilst her focus continues to be on accounts preparation and payroll, she is interested in assessing financial systems strengths and weaknesses and improving underlying accounting and administrative quality as part of related support services.

Larissa is also friendly, approachable and well organised and so in a position to support quality, related customer relations and marketing.
